Photography Release Agreement
I, the undersigned, hereby grant Ty Hudgins, the photographer, and his/her legal representatives and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of me, or in which I may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising, and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same. I hereby release the photographer and his/her legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said photographs.
Purpose of Use: This release specifically authorizes the use of the photographs in the book titled "Turn it Up! A Collection of Music Photography by Ty Hudgins", and for promotional materials related to the book, including but not limited to websites, social media, and print advertisements.
I acknowledge that I am of legal age and have the full legal capacity to execute this release.
Additional Information
Usage Rights: The photographer is granted the right to use the photographs in any and all media, now known or hereafter devised, for the purpose of promoting, advertising, and publicizing the book and the photographer's work.
Duration: This release is granted for an indefinite period, ensuring the photographer can use the images in perpetuity.
Compensation: No monetary compensation is provided for the use of these images. The artist understands and agrees that the consideration for this release is the opportunity to be featured in the photographer's work and associated promotional materials.
